Tenant Services
For any developer, the ultimate goal of a speculative building is to secure a tenant. Throughout the construction process and until a facility is occupied, M. B. Kahn Construction pledges ourselves as a resource for upfit construction, support and assistance. We can provide on-call services for technical support and meet potential tenants to discuss upfit options. We will address constructibility questions, provide comprehensive cost estimates for upfits, and develop credible construction schedules to ensure an attainable timeline for occupancy.
