Zeus Manufacturing Facility

Project Summary

Initially selected by Zeus to complete the renovation and expansion of their Orangeburg facility, M. B. Kahn's successful ENR award-winning completion resulted in renovation, expansion, and upfit work at other Zeus’ facilities in St. Matthews, SC; Aiken, SC; Gaston, SC; and Chattanooga, TN.

This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Zeus Industrial Products included toned and sandblasted pre-cast panel exterior walls on a conventional steel building. It was designed to include an abundance of natural light and features 170,000 SF of manufacturing space and 38,000 SF of office/support space. The facility includes heavy electrical processes, chilled and hot water HVAC systems with specialized refrigeration systems and ISO Class 7 Clean Rooms. This project was completed on schedule and to the Owner’s specifications.

This project included complex coordination for components common in our manufacturing work such as:
