Project Summary

M. B. Kahn partnered with ReadySC and Scout to deliver a cutting-edge training center at the Scout Motors mega-site. Designed to immerse future employees in every stage of Scout’s training process, the state-of-the-art facility will equip thousands of team members with the skills needed to support innovation and operational excellence.

The center features a range of modern amenities to support hands-on and classroom-based learning, including multiple offices, a tech-connected boardroom, and a large collegiate-style classroom. Additional spaces include a spacious breakroom with kitchenette, dedicated labs with electrical drop-ins, and a computer lab with full electrical access designed for training and testing. Large garage-style doors provide flexibility for equipment changes, allowing the facility to adapt to evolving training needs.
