The Lexington Medical Center Northeast office is a five-story outpatient healthcare facility designed to expand access to advanced medical services in the growing Northeast Columbia region. Delivered by M. B. Kahn under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), open-book contract, the project showcases the firm’s expertise in healthcare construction, accelerated project delivery, and complex medical facility coordination.

The state-of-the-art medical office building includes Urgent Care, Imaging, Ambulatory Surgery, Physical Therapy, and dedicated classroom and training space to support both patient care and healthcare education. Built to meet the operational demands of a modern healthcare system, the facility integrates advanced building systems, efficient patient flow, and flexible clinical environments designed for long-term adaptability.

Working within an aggressive accelerated construction schedule, M. B. Kahn successfully completed the project ahead of schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and budget transparency throughout the process.
