Lexington Health Extended Care Facility

Project Summary

Renovation of more than 45,000 square feet within Lexington Health's long-term care facility, including patient rooms, shower rooms and spa areas. Delivered through an open-book Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) contract with carefully phased construction to minimize disruption to ongoing patient care and facility operations. This project demonstrates M. B. Kahn Construction's experience delivering complex healthcare renovations and senior care facilities within occupied facilities while maintaining a safe, functional environment for patients, staff and visitors.
