Project Summary

M. B. Kahn completed a comprehensive renovation of the Farmers Market improved functionality, safety, and aesthetics, transforming the space into a more inviting and resilient community hub. The scope of work included:

  • Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades: Restroom plumbing was modernized for reliability and compliance. Electrical upgrades included industrial ceiling fans, illuminated exit signs, and emergency lighting for improved safety and comfort.

  • Exterior & Interior Improvements: Refinished stucco and a full repaint refreshed the building’s appearance. A new exterior deck improved accessibility and safety.

  • Structural Enhancements: A complete roof replacement addressed long-term durability, while new fencing improved security and site presentation.

  • Site & Landscaping: New landscaping and thorough pressure washing revitalized the site, enhancing its visual appeal and creating a cleaner, welcoming space for the community to gather.
