Project Summary

As the Design-Builder for this new speculative facility in Punta Gorda, FL, M. B. Kahn designed this 378,000 SF building for multiple tenants with two primary building entrances. Featuring load-bearing, insulated precast walls, a steel frame, and single ply roof, this facility features a 32’ clear height, 37 active dock doors with 16 knock-out positions, 2 drive-in doors and 50’ x 50’ column spacing with 1 speed bay. M. B. Kahn performed an upfit which included a demising wall, split utilities, 65,000 SF warehouse, and a 6,000 SF office space.
