Project Summary

M. B. Kahn provided preconstruction and construction services for a classroom addition and renovation to an existing engineering building at the heart of Clemson’s bustling campus. The new addition provides a home for faculty, staff, and students of the Industrial Engineering Department. The facility provides an Auditorium, Conference Rooms, Faculty and Graduate Offices, and Collaborative Space. Built using the Construction Management at Risk process, the building was completed and certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council.
